What can I say about Charlie, from a personal point of view we first met when he did some consulting work for me several years ago, the relationship changed as he became a friend and confidant.  His advice and guidance was always welcome and never very far out. As an HR Director I had to deal with a range of staffing problems, JC was an endless source of support and guidance from the top to the bottom of the organisation.  One member of staff who benefited from JCs coaching became a Chief Executive, another left us altogether to start their own business.  He was brilliant on a one to one basis at drawing people out, highlighting their strengths and helping them with strategies to overcome their weaknesses.
